In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of the top cryptocurrency apps in Brazil showcased varying trends in downloads and active users, as gathered from Sensor Tower data.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto experienced a fluctuating trend in downloads, starting strong with 149K in early January and peaking at 234K by mid-January. However, downloads gradually decreased to around 33K by the end of March. The app maintained a robust presence with active users, beginning with 2.8M and peaking at 3.1M in January, before settling at approximately 2M by the end of the quarter.

World App - Worldcoin Wallet saw a significant surge in downloads at the beginning of the quarter, reaching 286K in the first week of January, but this declined steadily to 2.7K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting with 502K and peaking at 1M in mid-January, then tapering to 454K by quarter's end.

Coinbase: Buy BTC, ETH, SOL maintained a consistent download rate, beginning at 109K and seeing a slight dip to around 11K mid-quarter, before rising to 23K at the end of March. Active users showed a steady presence, starting with 636K and peaking at 731K in January, before concluding the quarter with nearly 498K.

Bybit: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto began the quarter with 16K downloads, spiking to 53K mid-January, then stabilizing to around 8K by the end of March. Active user numbers showed an initial increase from 192K to 236K, then decreased to 116K by the quarter's close.

OKX: Buy Bitcoin BTC & Crypto started with 28K downloads, experiencing fluctuations throughout the quarter and ending with 12K. Active users showed a steady trend, starting at 63K and peaking at 77K mid-March, before ending at 64K.
